 My name is Corey McCracken aka Mr. Multi Family. I love selling investment properties. I focus on selling 2-4 unit properties and investment properties for investors and out-of-state owners. My team and I can handle every aspect of the sale. There is no need to worry we can handle everything for you stress-free. I have sold over 1,000 properties in my career. I personally own investment properties in Minnesota, Texas, and New Mexico. As an owner, I have been in your shoes and understand the challenges. I started in the real estate business when I was 19 years old working for my uncle's company. As I learned the business and started to climb the ranks as one of the top agents at the company, I would always try and learn from the top agents. One day I was speaking with the top agent in the office and she told me she was going to be retiring.   She said "Corey, if I were you, I would work with investors who own rental property, corporate sellers, and banks." I said "ok, that sounds interesting, how do I do that?  She said, you're a smart guy you can figure it out. "Within a few months, I started selling duplexes and investment properties for many investors. Not too long after that started working with many out-of-state banks handling their vacant distressed properties in MN. The rest is history. I love doing real estate deals and helping my clients buy and =sell their investments.
